Jon Stewart to Host Oscars? I Want Ellen Back!!!

Hey. I'm not knocking Jon Stewart - dude's a funny guy. But he just got named as the host for the 2008 Oscars.

I want ELLEN back. If I can't have Billy Crystal, I want Ellen DeGeneres. Bottom line. She's just...funnier and cooler to me. Besides, she's absolutely adorable.

According to Mark Caro's blog, the industry says she rocked, but was too....NICE.

Makes sense. In a town full of sharks, they want someone who's a bit more of a bastard.
